This is the City of Villans Blacklist, arranged in alphabetical order by their character names. To learn why such city of vilains people are blacklisted, read the details given with their names.
The information on this page is about events which happened during the time the game was live (sometimes called the City of Heroes Live server which was up and running between 2004 and 2012) and the people spoken about here are probably not the same people who may or may not have the same names in other games. But, to be honest, I don't care if they are or not. When someone trolls me, I simply put them on ignore and leave them there, forever. This is also what I advise everyone to do with Internet trolls, cyberbullies and cyberabusers. After all, playing games should be fun. If their sole purpose is to attack others, let everyone but their sort ignore them and they can destroy each other, similar to the (original) Kilkenny cats. The world has too many trolling arsworms as it is. As for what kind of people troll, studies show that it's linked to sadism and psychopathy. To verify this, simply do a Web search for the words troll and psychopath or read Constructing the Cyber-Troll: Psychopathy, Sadism and Empathy if you seek further details and many have cited it when writing on the subject.

Most people don't realize that some of the people they're talking to are majorly saditic jerks. This page helps inform people of which people in CoV (City of Villains) to avoid. Practically everybody has their own little City of Villains blacklist. This one's mine.
Yes, I am stating my opinion, but un-like many other people in City of Villains and elsewhere, my opinion isn't based solely upon others, or that of friends, and nobody is added to this list unless I know for certain that they deserve to be here. Others can deal in conjecture, I'll stick with the truth, which is based on my own experiences with people. This page is not hidden, and almost everybody who knows me in city of villains or city of heroes knows where to find this site. Heck, some of my characters are named cyberwolfman.com so any claims of my hiding it are obvious lies.
When it comes to sadistic people in City of Villains who insult others, threaten them, or screw them over, I don't really see much difference between them and the Nazi guards at the death camps in World War II who tortured and killed millions of people. My definition of a nazi includes people who like to hurt others, even if all they can do is emotionally torment them with name-calling and threaten them to make them do what they want. Does that sound like nice people to you? Many of them even seem to think the same way as nazis. They attack you simply because you exist. In the games City of Villains and City of Heroes, you don't have to attack them, you just have to go into an area to find a badge, and you get attacked. This happens quite frequently with some game playerss. Apparently, some game players and nazis think the same way. The only difference, if you're going to nit-pick, is one of degree. When people enjoy hurting others, and gain pleasure from it, in my opinion, in their hearts, they are the same.
Recently, I've started to add the global names of people to the entries on this City of Villans blacklist. Since these are names a person can only change once, they're a good way to find out if they're the same person, and you can then decide if you want to team with them, trade with them, or join their SGs/VGs/SVGs. To find out somebody's global name, type /gignore in the chat text line followed by a space and their user name ("/gignore sadistic jerk" for example, without the quotes) and after you find out who they are, you can then go to your Global Ignore list and remove them from it, if you decide that you want to.
Update: On May 30th, 2008, users were given a global chat handle name change token. Some users may've changed their names while others wouldn't. But, many people will know them by their old global names despite the fact that they've changed them, and, there is a way to see if they're the same person using a new global name, but . . . I don't think it's a good idea to tell everybody how to do that as it may be mis-used or could aid people who want to stalk others.
Because it's now possible for them to transfer to another server, I list people alphabetically by their made-up game names, then state which server I've seen them on last.

AcidBath (global name: Dr. Evermind) A Stalker who attacked me on 04-13-2007 without warning, and kept attacking me even after I asked him to stop, trying to tell him that I was only interested in XP. Acidbath is a member of the "Faux Pas Elite" SG/VG. Acidbath AKA Dr. Evermind of the SG Faux Pas Elite used the old excuse that "it's a pvp zone" as his right to kill everybody he wants to, and said things like "death to all heros" (I know, he can't spell heroes) in broadcast channel, although he didn't stand behind his statement, and spared those who sucked up to him. Like all dictators, he also uses the threat of death to silence those who talk. In broadcast channel, he said that killing millions of people "sounds like fun". I told him that he can get his reputation badge in other PvP zones, but he didn't leave. This proves that he is a greifer only interested in screwing people out of XP, and is guilty of harassment, which is against the terms of service, that everybody said they agree to every time they start the game. Alliance Imperial (global name: s p i n e) A member of "the alliance of villains" SG/VG who attacks people with no warning just like the taliban, thinks that those who want peace are whiners, keeps wanting to attack them even when they're asked to stop like a rapist, and uses the excuse to hurt people more for pleading with them like some sadistic grade school bully. Alliance imperial is also a bigot of all heroes and hates them simply because they exist. This all happened on the same day, 03-29-2007. Last seen on: Champion server.
Brutal Imp (global name: Blazing Imp) Likes to insult people in Broadcast channel in places like Sharkhead Isle like he did on 03-19-2007. Last seen on: Freedom server.
Brute the shooter (global name: flesh finder) A villain that doesn't listen to his teammates prefering they get debt, and, when his teammates again try to offer him advice to avoid yet another team wipe, he tells them "shut the hell up" like they did on 07-29-2007. Last seen on: Champion server.
Byron A villain that attacked me in Recluse's Victory on 01-15-2006 after I said I just wanted to earn XP, not PvP. Last seen on: Virtue server.
Crank (global name: crank) Likes to grief people whenever he can, then claim that other people are acting like terrorists, not him. After I changed to my hero so he'd stop attacking me, he changed to his villain, so he could harass me some more. Last seen on: Triumph server.
Damon-Sturm (global name: valkara) A Corruptor who attacked me on 04-13-2007 without warning, and kept attacking me even after I asked him to stop, trying to tell him that I was only interested in XP. Damon-Sturm is another member of the "Faux Pas Elite" SG/VG. Damon-Sturm AKA valkara of the SG Faux Pas Elite used the old excuse that "it's a pvp zone" as his right to kill everybody he wants to. Dead Desires (global name: Shivery Suds) They like to insult teammates instead of fighting the enemy while teaming up with people, like they did on 06-12-2008. Last seen on: Infinity server.
Democrat Part of the Loved or Loathed SG. A jerk who told me on 05-24-2006 to "shut it" when I was feeling frustrated by not getting answers to my questions during the Super Group missions (Super Group Strike Force). Told him he was acting more like Stalin than a democrat, and that I'm not giving up my right to freedom of speech. He then said that I was "pushing it" and when I asked him what I was pushing, he said "your luck", which I took to be a kind of threat. Last seen on: Triumph server.
Dr. Spliffy Dr. Spliffy was in the SG "Z E R G - S C O U R G E" on Triumph server at the time of this incident, 05-28-2006. On this day, as on just about every other day, I was trying to help people. This time, I was trying to help them earn their 1st Respec. I had formed a team, then asked others if they would like help in getting their 1st Respec. Dr. Spliffy was one of those who joined. He started to insult me in less than ten minutes of starting the mission. When I asked him not to insult people he's teaming with, and instead, try to work with them, he insulted me some more, then insisted on bragging about having started an SG, a scant couple of years ago, and stating that it was old. *Rolls eyes* Last seen on: Triumph server.
Frostpoint (global name: darkhold) Frostpoint was in the SG "Z E R G - S C O U R G E" on Triumph server at the time of this incident, 04-08-2007. This guy, like the Taliban, likes to attack people with no warning, and, when his victims ask for them to stop, keeps attacking. Perhaps they're a rapist in the real world? Hard Stoner (global name: true blood) Wants to kill people because they ask for mercy like they said on 03-29-2007 in Broadcast chat. Last seen on: Champion server.
heather heroslayer: (global name: sLLAM) On February 28th, 2009, this dominator was put in charge of a LRSF then tried to tick off people as much as possible, with name-calling, and insults. Based on the fact that people insult others with things they believe others think of them, they gave us all some real insight into what they're really like! LOL After not getting others to sink down to her level (not a single other person on the team called them anything in return), they tried to claim that others were the ones who were damaging the team, when only the most gullible would believe that, and none of the team did. LOL Venting frustration over not getting the attention they wanted, they quit the team. We all cheered. LOL Looking back on this, now, we can only pity somebody like this, and especially, all those they meet in the real world and on-line.
Hollowed Ground (global name: Psychotix1) An energy melee/ninjitsu stalker that teleports high level enemy onto people in Grandville like I saw him do to some people on 09-10-2007 at least a couple of times. A member of the SG Shinra who, for all I know, may all be griefers. I noticed a few of his fellow SG members on a rooftop watching the street below during his last attack. None of them bothered to give a warning in broadcast or local that time, or the time before, when he did it using a circle of thorns mage, or the time before that, when he used a night widow. Jumproot A villain that attacked me and argued with me in Recluse's Victory on 01-15-2006 after I said I just wanted to earn XP, not PvP, and said "you think the REAL reason I'm attacking youis just because I can? it might go al ittle bit ddper than that :\" (Their actual spelling. LOL Was told that virutally everybody on Virtue server knows that this is one of the biggest jerks on the server. Last seen on: Virtue server.
Lady Hajna Likes to insult teammates during missions. Could be a guy for all I know. Obviously not a lady. Last seen on: Triumph server.
Laurence Craft (global name: alan shore) Attacks people even when they're asked not to like they did on 03-09-2007. Last seen on: Champion server.
Logarithm (global name: Logarithm) A villain I met on the Freedom server, who can't be bothered to join an SG for five minutes to help somebody out. Declined to even though I was teaming with them on 03-16-2007. Last seen on: Freedom server.
Noxious Incision (global name R005T4) Sends tells to people already on another team to quit the team they're on and join theirs to do a Respec and then cusses them out when they say no thank you. Happened on 03-03-2007. Last seen on: Freedom server.
o g macdila (global name: o g macdila) A villain who gets on the Help channel, asks a question, then tells people "stfu" and says that people that are on the channel can only give them tips on "blowing guys" like they did on 10-15-2007. Must have this on their mind a lot, if it's the first thing that comes to mind . . . Last seen on: Freedom server.
pilot x (global name: golf x) On 04-07-2008, he was engaged in kill-stealing in Nerva Archipelago. He also started sending out blind invites to people and cussed them out in tells/private messages when they refused to join him, and even after that, kept sending the blind invites. Seaurchin (global name: fire salamander1) A villain that accused me of 'spamming' when I answered somebody's question in the Help channel on 10-26-2007. Last seen on: Champion server.
Six. (global name: ghost angel) On Triumph server. A person named .Violet claims to be the same user for this character. Six. thought it was funny to kick people from the team near the end of an important mission, making certain they don't get credit for it. This was on the 1st Repec mission, no less. They kicked me from the team when Lady Hajna and Salvador told them to because they thought it was wrong that I asked them for an apology after they insulted me. Oh, and later, on May 12th, 2006, they said after finding out I told somebody what they had done "next time show some class and dont go public with that sh*t" (The * was added by me.) Ah, yes. I'm certain in the eyes of those who hurt others, it's wrong for their victims to complain or report such things. *Rolls eyes* Murderers and rapists feel the exact same way as Six. which is, they don't want others to know the bad things they've done. Sorceres (global name: Seducea) A villain brute that quits a team without dying a single time and after saying they can't take the alpha strike (first encounter with the enemy) from a small group of Council enemy (not even a single boss in the group of enemy), expecting others to do it for them, while they hang back. A brute that runs away from Council . . . LOL If you're a higher-level brute, and you can't even take the alpha strike on a small team against Council, you seriously need to re-roll. Maybe into a mastermind, so you can have your minions take the damage that you can't deal with. LOL I tend to play my mastermind on Relentless difficulty/reputation, the highest there is, and rarely get defeated while playing solo, and only occasionally while teamed, and I'm the one that stays with the team after some of the wimpy brutes we have in the game (that were probably power-leveled and don't know how to fight) quit. Sorceres also like to insult teammates, prefering to attack their teammates instead of the enemy. Kind of reminds me of some guys who buy really big trucks or SUVs when they don't need them to haul stuff around with, trying to make up for other . . . shortcomings. For the record, I ride a bicycle. You can do the math. ;-) They can't fight, so they try to make others look bad in a futile attempt to get people to not notice. But, it's kind of obvious that a brute is incompetent when they're hiding behind a mastermind. LOL Had the misfortune of teaming with sorceres on 01-16-2008, and never will again. One of the worst players I've met in the game, and a totally worthless brute. They're probably one of the main reasons that so many people would prefer to solo. If the only choices are to either team with a teammate that won't fight and instead, wants to spend their time insulting their teammates, or to solo, I'd take solo any day! Sorceres thinks that others on the team are idiots, yet, they are the one who doesn't know how to play the game, and who can't spell as well as a grade-schooler, not even simple words like sorceress. LOL This is a perfect example of somebody insulting others with names that they fear others are calling them behind their backs, and fearing it's true. In this case, it's certainly obvious to all what they are. The name shows that clearly, and, if you have the misfortune to team with them, it gets even more clearer. If they're not an idiot, then they're somebody who found the name they wanted taken, but, lacked even enough imagination to think of something original for their character that wasn't, and simply took a letter out of the name, which gives people the impression that they can't even spell simple words. Tanaka Hiromoto (That's their global name, and I think their character name was shoji hiromoto, since the last name matches that of the character I was teaming with). A villain who I teamed with on 01-16-2008 along with sorceres, above. They were nothing but trouble during the team-up. Finally, I said, and I quote, "Look, if you want to attack your teammates, find another team" and, thank the gods, they left! I was then moving through the misssions much faster, and I didn't have to put up with insulting and arguing teammates. Two days later, tanaka hiromoto started using one of the global channels for infinity to argue with people on, then, they seemed to have a problem with people who tell others about people doing bad things. Hope they never watch the news, or read the history books. Because that's pretty much the job of reporters and historians. LOL Not being content to harass people in the global channels, especially when I asked them to stop the arguing, they then started sending me global tells. After asking them to stop five times, and they continued, I then reported them to NCsoft and used "/gignore @tanaka hiromoto" since it was the only way to shut him up. After he tried claiming my pages were hate pages, and posting the link to this one on a channel, he was instantly silenced. Some people don't seem capable of learning . . . Now, the big question is, if they have a problem with the page, and don't want others to see it, why, then, are they the ones advertising it on the global channels? Sylvie 7 A Brute that attacked me while I was attacking a pillbox in Recluse's Victory on 01-10-2007, at 8:30 A.M. eastern time with their heavy (maybe the heavy was better qualified for fighting than them? LOL), and a member of the "Eye Candy" SG. Last seen on: Virtue server.
Teknoyd (global name: The Tek) A villain that I met on the Freedom server, who likes to kick people from the team on missions because teammates try to help people with advice like they did on 09-21-2007. Last seen on: Freedom server.
Winters Ghost (global name: wintergrace) A villain that, on 03-31-2007, said things like "you are not fit to live!!" and "death to the infidels!" to people. When I asked them who determines that, they said that they did and asked me if I had a problem with it. Told them I've heard such words before, that they lead to death camps, and then left the team. Faux Pas Elite On Champion server. The SG (AKA SVG or VG) that has people in it like AcidBath (Global name: Dr. Evermind) who attacks people with no warning just like the taliban, keeps wanting to attack them even when they're asked to stop, like a rapist, and uses the excuse to hurt people more for pleading with them like some sadistic grade school bully, and also uses the treat of death to try to shut people up. Acidbath is also a bigot of all heroes and hates them simply because they exist, saying things like "death to all heros" (I know, he can't spell heroes), and, says that killing millions of people "sounds like fun" in broadcast channel. They also have people like Damon-Sturm (Global name: valkara), who likes to attack people with no warning, when asked for mercy and tolerance, to the betterment of all, they call it "crying".
Loved or Loathed On Triumph server. The SG (AKA SVG) that kicks people out for asking too many questions, or for defending themselves against verbal attacks. The 'generals' in the group are the ones with the most power, and are likely the ones that are kicking people from the SG for these 'offenses'. I do not advise teaming with them, or being in a coalition with them since they can't be trusted to work with people they're supposed to be working with, and you're likely to get stabbed in the back.

This page is created as a service to those in the City of Heroes/City of Villains games. It states facts, many of which are easily verified by those who save their chat logs since a lot of the things commented on here are done on global channels which go to all shards on both games. Any lying is best left to those who try to silence their victims who are attempting to report wrong-doing much like evil tyrants have tried in the past to those who've attempted to warn others about them. In the game, they even try to get other players to use /gignore on me and others so their victims can't tell others what they're doing, or hear them defending themselves. Stalin and hitler would probably be so very proud of them . . . Pay attention to the chat if and when you see somebody going after me. Despite the fact that they're the ones doing all the name-calling in the game, they try to claim that I'm the bad person. It's hilarious how gullible they think other people are, when they so conveniently provide the proof that they're lying right there for all to see. LOL
This is not a hate page for the people in the City of Villains game. My definition of a 'hate page' is one where somebody's writing out really nasty stuff against groups of people that have a differenent skin color, live in a particular country, or they have a different religion. Your opinion may vary, I suppose, but, that's the kind of thing that should be recognized as a hate page. Calling pages like this one a hate page belittles that definition and helps those who are doing that kind of thing. Hopefully people will eventually realize that, unless that's their true intent . . . This page is simply me reporting my experiences with some of the people in the game, and noting similarites in their actions with those of others. If people don't want others to compare them to those other people, then they shouldn't act like them. It's really that simple. If there's people who have a problem with me reporting what people do in the City of Villains game and noting similarities in history, they should also yell at each and every reporter and historian in the world, because I'm doing the exact same thing that they are, except that I don't use their real names, just their made-up game names.
For some reason, there's a few people in City of Villains that are trying to convince others in the game that I am a bad person because of this. I'm not a bad person. In fact, I'm the guy making help pages for various programs, doing reviews of programs and movies (see the Site Map page for proof), giving advice to people in the global channels when they ask for help, and even have a 3D world where I built a large area loaded with information on a multitude of subjects and have an almost always running triviabot and give cash prizes out to the top scorers each month. I do all of this for free, with money out of my own pocket, there are no ads anywhere on my site, there's no sponsors, and I'm not selling anything. Me, bad? LOL I'm the guy that tells agencies like the FBI where to find the real bad people like serial killers and those involved with a world-wide slave ring. Even designed a big "Help!" button that I put on many of my pages (like the Front Door page, itself) that you can click on and go to one of my pages where you can feed the world's hungry, give vision to blind children, help amutee children to walk, give books to children, food to rescued animals, and help preserve endangered rainforests, all for free. See for yourself: Click here to help make the world a better place! I've been doing this kind of thing for years, now! What are my critics known for doing? Are they doing as much as I am to help others, and, more importantly, can they prove it, like I've given proof of my good deeds? LOL You want to find nasty people in the City of Villains game, all you have to do is go into a PvP zone and listen for a while (staying in the hospital is usually the safest place, and you can get a 'time spent' badge at the same time), especially during the times that there's the most people on.
Creating this page was not done to get attention, despite what lies you may've heard. Note that I never give this page's URL in the game's channels but, I've seen those who claim to not like it doing so, even in the help channel that goes to all servers. The only people aggresively advertising it is them. If they don't want people to see the page, why, then, are they advertising it to everybody in both games on all servers? So, using simple logic, you'll quickly figure out that while I'm obviously not the one wanting attention, those who do bad things that I've been reporting do, probably wanting sympathy despite the fact that most people who have heard them talk know for a fact that they're not very nice people. If they don't like the page, why then, are they advertising it when even the creator of the page doesn't? LOL If I was truly the one wanting attention, wouldn't I be spamming the URL? Heck, I don't want attention, or fame. I can't keep up with my e-mail as it is. It's why I made the e-mail address on my site into a puzzle some time back. Guess those who claim I want attention didn't bother to check the facts and using even simple logic is too difficult for them. LOL
In the program, if you see anybody name-calling in a global channel, or elsewhere for that matter, use the petition feature to report them as this is an obvious violation of the game's Rules of Conduct. You can do this easily by going to Menu > Support > Clicking on the button for Harassment and Conduct, typing in something like "Rules of Conduct violation" (without the quotes) in the Summary, then a brief description of what they said, in what channel, and who they are, then click the Send Petition button in that window's lower right-hand corner. If enough people do this, maybe they'll actually do something about the Rules of Conduct violators, and everybody will be able to better enjoy the game. :-)
As for the threats they give me of one thing or another, in some really lame attempt to silence me: I've been given death threats from serial killers and people operating slave rings after notifying the FBI where to find them. Trust me on this, I'm not afraid of you in the slightest. LOL
In regards to the legal threats, if you've taken the time to go through my site, you'll have discovered pages where I tell the world about people who are running things like a world-wide slave ring organization and serial killers in that group, or cult (some of them are trying to get it declared a religion), as some are calling it, and I give some details as to what they do with their victims. Those pages yet remain on my site despite all threats, the money they've spent on lawyers, and the years they've wasted trying to 'get' me since the late 1990's. If they can't do it for something like me telling the world about the things they do, even using some of their real names, what chance does a game player using a made-up name have of stopping their victims of telling others of what they've done to others in an on-line game? If people want to throw their money away, I'm sure there's lots of lawyers out there who will be more than happy to take it. Just don't expect any results.
